Job Details
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Maintain the existing project by resolving or troubleshooting or debugging issues that occurred in the current project or application
- Understand client requirements and accordingly develop code to create required features
- Documentation of work
- Develop and deliver codes for the projector work assigned and follow established standards of quality and delivery SLA
- Participate in and provide an educated POV (point of view) at the time of team meetings and development sessions
- Communications are with internal staff and stakeholders
- Contribute in design discussions and be able to make decisions and propose trade-offs
- Test and document functionality
Requirements:
- Proficient in Design and Development work with Java, J2EE
- Technical Skill Requirement Strong familiarity with Object Orientation concepts
- Experience in Core Java, Advanced Java is a must
- Experience in working with database-server is a must
- Experience in MQ, JMS
- Experience with Javascript
- Experience with web development frameworks like Spring is desirable
- Experience in CSS, Angular, EXTJS, Bootstrap, JQuery is preferred
- Experience in JSP, Servlet, Tag Libray, XSLT, Restful API s is preferred Banking or finance development experience is a plus, but not required
- Soft Skills:
- Strong and effective communication skills both from a verbal and written perspective required
- lf-Motivated and demonstrated ownership
- Team Player with ability to question the status quo
- Professional demeanor Build quality products with the do it right with the first time mindset
- Ability to build enterprise software, preferably in a distributed team using Agile/ Scrum development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skillsDesired Competencies Requires conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures of the job discipline
- Performs standard technical assignments (e.g. bug fixes, database setup and maintenance, issue tracking) and develops a deeper understanding of technical concepts

- Receives technical guidance and direction from more senior-level roles
- Follows standard practice and procedures to solve problems; analyzes situations or data; monitors systems
- Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding
