Job Description

App Developer will work closely with the Business Analysts, Other Developers, Internal and External clients to develop solutions using Mendix that will provide meaningful business value to Internal and External clients. Person is expected to work on Design, Build, Test and Deploy apps. The person needs to have a strong desire and ability to understand the business goals that drive solution requirements and the ability learn and use a new platform and delivery methodology. Experience Agile delivery methodology is a must

​Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure that assigned tasks are developed to meet our quality goals and are completed within established timelines and budgets
Work directly with Business Analyst Team, Data Analyst Team, Internal and External clients to understand the business requirements
Create Mendix Business Models and Applications
Identify and troubleshoot application quality and performance concerns
Incorporate testing and QA of functionality prior to delivery
Work with other sprint team members and management team to facilitate delivery of project goals
Proactively identify and escalate risks, issues and other problems and report status to the management team
Debug, monitor, troubleshoot solutions and recommend other solutions for optimizations
Document technical specifications
Continue to find new and exciting ways to present information such that it can be acted upon within the operational teams

Skills / Attributes Required

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Good mathematical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and team-working skills
0-3 years' Experience in Development using, JavaScript and Java Script frameworks Good experience and knowledge of web technologies, HTML, CSS, Java Script React.
Knowledge of RDBMS and Query
Should have a sound knowledge of software engineering
Should have excellent analytical skills
Good task management skills, manage multiple priorities and ensure team deliveries in a dynamic environment
Experience working as a developer in an Agile Project using Scrum is a plus
