Offer Details
An applicant selected through the selection process, shall be given an offer letter for the post of Project Trainee for an initial period of 12 months. During the first 2 months, the Project Trainees will have to undergo rigorous training on the below technologies stack:
- Overview of Full Stack Development
- UI/UX
- Javascript
- Database Concepts
- Agile and SCRUM
- Programming Languages: .Net Track / Golang / JAVA
The training provided is free of cost.
- Periodic tests and assignments shall be taken during the first 2 months of training period. The scores of tests and assignments will be recorded for each trainee.
- Also, a trainee will be given Work performance and conduct ratings by the respective team leader during their training period.
- After completion of the 2 months training period, based on the scores of tests, assignments and the performance ratings given by the team leader, each individual trainee’s performance score will be calculated.
- If any trainee’s performance score is not up to the mark during the first 2 months of training period, s/he will be relieved after completion of the 2 months of training period.
- If the trainee’s performance score is up to the mark during the first 2 months of training period, s/he will be continued for the remaining 10 months.
- All other norms as per MKCL policies uploaded on the employee service portal shall be applicable.
Candidates appearing for the final semester in the academic year 2021-22, should submit the final semester result to MKCL within 7 days of result declaration, and the selection will be considered as provisional till such time the said result is submitted. Final date of submission of result of the degree to MKCL is 31st October 2022. In case of those selected candidates who do not submit the final passing certificate/marksheet to MKCL within specified period or do not pass in the final degree examination, the offer will stand withdrawn and cancelled.

Selection Process
- The selection process shall be a three-stage process consisting of:
Stage I. Online Objective Test
Stage II. Online Interview based on assignments topics given for a Full Stack Application Development
Stage III. Final Hands on Test with face to face Interview
Stage I: Online Objective test
- Candidates need to take an online selection test from their home through MKCL’s Online ExamLive Framework.
- For the online test, candidates must have a good stable internet connection with a desktop/laptop computer with Webcam and microphone.
- Candidates must be alone in a quiet environment for the duration of the exam. Conversation with anyone else is not permitted during the exam.
- Use of any reference materials, resources, other mobile/tablet, other computer screens, and/or other software is not permitted during the exam.
- Total Marks for online test: 100
- Total number of questions: 100
- Test Duration: 90 minutes
- Negative marking shall not be given.
- The exam consists of multiple choice single correct and multiple choice multiple correct questions.
Instructions for Stage I
- A mock test will be available from Thursday, June 23 to Friday, June 24, 2022 from 11 am up to 5 pm so that the candidates can have a good feel of our actual online examination system. Marks obtained in this mock test will not be considered for the main exam.
- Date and time for Final online test:
Sunday, June 26, 2022, from 11.00 am to 12.30 pm
Candidates can start the test at 11 am and complete the test within 90 minutes of time. Candidates can take this test from their home or from any place but the environment should be quiet and without any disturbance. - Results of the Online test will be published on Wednesday, June 29, 2022, after 5 pm. Candidates will be informed via email/SMS about the shortlisting for the next stage of the process.
- If any candidate is found indulging in unethical ways or involved in any malpractice during the online test(Through evidences captured in MKCL's ExamLive Framework), s/he would be immediately disqualified from the recruitment process.

Stage II: Online Interview based on assignments topics given for a Full Stack Application Development
- Candidates shortlisted in Stage I, will be given an assignment to develop a small full stack Application using any Front End, Back End and Database technology.
- A total duration allocated to complete this assignment will be Six Days. After Six days , a candidate will have to appear for an Online Interview through Google meet where s/he can demonstrate and explain the application developed by her/him.
- Video of the candidate must be ON while explaining the application.
- For the online interview, a candidate will have to show the actual codes s/he had written for the assignment through screen sharing.
- A webcam and mic on the computer /laptop must be in a working condition before starting the online interview.
- The approximate duration of Online Interview will be 10-15 Minutes.
The result of stage II will be declared on Tuesday, July 12, 2022, after 5 pm.
Shortlisted candidates from Stage II who clear the round Online Interview based on assignments topics given for a Full stack application Development shall be invited for the Stage III - Final Hands on Test with face to face Interview. It may be noted that the invitation for the third round does not indicate a job offer.
Stage III: Final Hands-on Test with face to face Interview
Final Hands-on Test with face-to-face Interview will be conducted from Monday, July 18 to Friday July 22, 2022. This test will be conducted at MKCL’s Pune office.
- Each candidate would be given a specified date and time slot for the hands-on test and interview.
- The hands-on test would be given to the applicants only on the scheduled day.
- The results of stage III will be declared on Monday, July 25, 2022.
- Selected Candidates will have to join MKCL office physically from Monday, August 01, 2022.
Based on the scores of Stage III, a candidate will be given an offer letter for the post of Full Stack developer (Project Trainee) for 12 months.
