Job Overview :
Effectively managing / prioritizing work in close alignment with business and IT stakeholders
Work with the Project Managers and Product/Relationship Partners for estimation of costs for IT solutions, including Non–Functional & Service & Support
Assisting in resolution of major issues that may be related to systems design or integration
Able to develop sound professional working relationships with Global IT and Business Operations IT colleagues, business staff and management, building their confidence and acquiring an understanding of the business Eligibility - Graduates / Post Graduates from Technical Background
