EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- As a Quality Associate for CX IES & Integrations team, you will be responsible for the below mentioned tasks but is not limited to this set:
- Analyze, define, implement test related activities according to a given test strategy
- Set up of test landscape and implement integrated scenarios based on configuration documents in collaboration with product owners
- Write test cases, identify bugs and assess new feature requirements and product recommendations
- Design and develop quality automates;
- Perform regression testing and testing of newly developed integration scenarios
- Analyze test results (blockers, issues) and take appropriate follow-up actions in collaboration with development teams
- Report of test results and contribute to defect management
- Have basic product/domain knowledge including relevant business processes & scenarios and a basic understanding of customer needs
- Have a logical approach to problem-solving and have the ability to respond to detailed queries
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech / MS / MCA fulltime with 70% and above across
- Strong background of Quality processes, testing, automation – at least one test automation tool
- Sound knowledge in test automation framework and test methodologies - Katalon/Tosca knowledge would be preferred
- Basic knowledge in Java, javascript, C or C++ would be an added advantage
- Analytical and problem-solving skills and a strong desire to work in a high performing team is required

The CX Integration and Validation team in Bangalore is part of the CX Intelligent Enterprise and Integration Unit. This team provides a stable and integrated test landscape and a high degree of test automation thus enabling the testing of Lead to Cash and Intelligent Enterprise Technology Guidelines(TGs) in parallel to development. This team ensures continuous testing of all integrations between SAP CX products like Commerce Cloud, Customer Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud and the digital core of S/4HANA to deliver on SAP’s integration promise of the Intelligent Enterprise.
