- Experience in a wide range of current recruiting policies, practices, and trends.
- Effective project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to leverage a data-driven approach to make hiring decisions, and to synthesize staffing metrics to help drive strategic staffing decisions.
- Ability to provide effective consultative skills throughout the search process. Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands and clients.

- Generate talent for Google’s business needs by leveraging existing talent pools and creating new ones through market intelligence and various sourcing methods.
- Solve problems and produce solutions by collecting and analyzing data, identify alternatives amidst changes, and seek out ways to improve the business.
