Overview:
Freshworks is looking to hire smart, determined, and passionate new graduates. The engineering teams work closely with various product teams and are divided into squads. They collaborate to ship features, product enhancements, micro-services and systems which are highly available and efficient with minimal latency. Each engineer is part of a squad and each squad owns different areas of responsibility for their respective product. Anyone who enjoys programming and writing code to solve business problems will fit very well into these roles at Freshworks.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have been completely remote since March 2020 - and we do not know when our offices will be operating at full capacity. We will be working from home for the immediate future, and will plan to reopen our offices in a phased manner once it is deemed safe to reopen our offices. When we do go back to office, if you are selected, we will expect you to work out of our Chennai office location - only after it is made sure that it is completely safe to resume work as usual.
